Description
Responsibilities :
- Managing customer satisfaction, engagement, billing, and contract renewals
- Identifying potential client leads and contacting them - Includes cold calling
- Demonstrating new features, campaigns, or products to clients, emphasizing how they can help the company reach its productivity or goals
- Tracking and keeping up with account invoicing and potential revenue growth
- Acquire and grow existing and new business
- work with team lead to drive revenue targets
Qualifications and experience :
- Minimum of two years of experience in one or ideally at least two of the following functions: Account Management / Sales / Customer Support
- Ability to communicate in a structure manner across departments
- Work experience with customers and building relationships
- Outgoing but structured
- Experience with Managed services and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) products and associated business and pricing models
- Experience working in a high-growth environment and process/change management
Competencies :
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise assignments
- Good at teamwork, team is everything for us
- You are a self starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & German
- Excellent analytical and communication skills are required
- Candidate must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills
