YOUR JOB WILL BE

1. Strategy and Content Development:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms including website, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media.
  • Create and execute lead generation programs in cooperation with the marketing agency.
  • Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation.
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to the senior management team.
  • Preparation of company decks, product presentations, and case studies to effectively communicate key offerings and support business development initiatives.

2. Website Management:

  • Create and maintain web pages.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility.
  • Monitor website performance and analytics.

3. Social Media and Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to engage audiences and build brand loyalty.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.

4. SEO & SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and perform backlink audits using Semrush.
  • Research keywords, create and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn ad campaigns, calculate and set budgets, and monitor campaign performance.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate weekly reports and coordinate with finance for necessary updates.
  • Create detailed campaign reports based on KPIs.
  • Track marketing strategy results closely and create detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback.
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency and report findings to upper management and executives.

6. Creative and Budget Management:

  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the marketing agency to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Collect invoices, enter data into the budget file, and share invoices with the finance team.

7. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Act as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information.
  • Support the Sales/Category team with proposal and presentation preparation.
  • Brief designers and copywriters, obtain approval for copy and design, enter content into HubSpot, and schedule posts.
  • Plan content based on competitor analysis, strategy, and Semrush keyword trends.
  • Review delivered briefings, brief team members, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and coordinate feedback and approvals.

8. Technical Tasks:

  • Upload files for translation, download translated documents, handle invoices, send them to finance, and record transactions.
  • Set up and remove Google Tags as needed.
  • Monitor organic traffic and keyword performance using Google Search Console.
  • Execute workflows for birthday greetings in HubSpot.


EDUCATION, REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, economics, market research, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Moz), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of MS Office and graphic design software/tools.
  • Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and results to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.


PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
  • German language knowledge is a plus.
  • Market knowledge and/or experience in Germany.
  • Good understanding of AI concepts and technologies.
