Tasks

Develop, update and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the framework of the company's objectives.

Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.

Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.

Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals to potential customers.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.

Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Experience with export/ import processes, Incoterms and/or trade finance and/or Cargo insurance management.

HubSpot. CRM In-depth knowledge.

LinkedIn campaigns.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Languages:

English: very good knowledge.

German: good knowledge.
